Merry Christmas
Please Note: Our practice will be closed from 5pm on the 22nd December and will reopen at 9am on the 4th January 2018. For existing patient dental emergencies only, ring 01603 632525 and listen to the recorded message – we will be checking our answering machine.

We are very grateful to have such a good relationship with the dental practice fraternity throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. We would like to wish all of our patients and the referring dental practices and their teams a very Happy festive season and a great New Year; from everybody here at Norfolk Dental Specialists!

Highlights of the Year

2017 has been a busy year for the practice as we continue to focus on improving the patient journey and the range of treatments that we offer patients. Here are a few of our highlights:

New website launch. The new site has been really well received by patients old and new. It has significantly improved the amount of time visitors spend on the site. The information available and the patient reviews and video testimonials are especially helpful we are being told.

Practice Refurbishment. We now have a private consult room for patients to discuss their treatment plans/paperwork or to sit quietly in before or after a treatment.

Hamed’s Column. Dr Hamed Karimi, Lead Clinician and Practice Director has landed a regular feature in East Anglia’s best-loved magazine: Let’s Talk.

Lecture Events. We have put on a series of evening lectures and networking events for local GDPs. These events have proved extremely popular.

Plans for 2018

We are planning further improvements to our website. Watch this space for some announcements! Also, we will be working on the launch of a specialists’ dental journal to distribute throughout the region. We’ll be expanding the range and content of our courses aimed at referring and dental colleagues. Most importantly, we will be refining the journey that our patients go on with us so that they have the very best experience we can provide.

Happy Christmas Everyone!
