Now Hiring: Clinic/Practice Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Practice Manager to work alongside our Business Development Manager and practice owner. If you are dedicated to quality patient care and committed to excellence, we would like to meet you.

• Vacancy: Clinic/Practice Manager for private dental practice in Norwich
  
• Hours: Preferably full-time, but would consider part-time.
  
• Salary: Depends on experience and is negotiable.
  

As a well-established practice, we have excellent processes and procedures already in place and a fantastic supportive team.

Desirable applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the running of a dental or health care practice and have experience in staff management and all relevant clinical and business functions.

An awareness of marketing and the ‘patient journey’ would be an advantage, but above all we are looking for someone with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

You will have:

• Excellent people management skills
  
• Be familiar with HR regulations and procedures and will:
  
• Be familiar with CQC requirements and able to ensure that the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05
  
• Have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in dealing with staff and patients.
  
• Have good financial acumen and skills in managing/controlling costs, improving profitability and producing monthly management reports and implementing results against specific KPI’s
  
• Up to date IT skills and be proficient with Word, Excel and ideally will have worked with a dedicated practice software package
