Norfolk Dental Specialists Launches New Website

At the end of 2016 we celebrated ten years at our Norwich practice. As we start 2017, we’re looking ahead to a new chapter at Norfolk Dental Specialists – and we have a brand-new website ready for the New Year!

Life-Transforming Dentistry

Our new website is created around our motto: life-transforming dentistry. When we refreshed our branding in 2015, we asked our patients to tell us about the treatment they had received from us. Many of them told us that it had changed their lives, so we made that a part of our logo and core to everything we do. We believe that oral health is essential to leading a confident, healthy life, and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. It’s this message that we wanted to communicate with our new website.

Design

The first thing you’ll notice is the new look. Our homepage features a video of Faith, one of our implant patients, talking about her treatment with us. The rest of our website has a sleek, modern design using our brand colours and photographs from our practice, giving you an idea of who we are and what we’re about.

Patients

The new Patients page is one of the biggest features of our new website. We had videos of our patients on our old site, but now you can see them all on one page. We have also filmed new videos with two of our more recent patients – Faith, who is on our homepage, and Sam – who both had complex treatment and went on a long journey with us. It was wonderful for us to share their emotional stories, and Sam’s video even shows her reaction to her ‘final fit’ of implants – one of the best parts of our job!

Information

Our new website is a great resource of information for patients and dentists. Most people who come to us have been referred by their general dentist, but we also take self-referrals from people interested in dental implants and other complex treatments. With information about treatment options and costs, our team of dentistry professionals, and FAQs, we aim to help all of our patients make an informed choice.

Dentists Site

As well as making our website more helpful for our patients, we’ve made significant improvements to our site for referring dentists. Our online referral forms are quicker to use, something we’re sure busy dentists will appreciate. In 2017, we’ve expanded the free training opportunities we offer our referring dentists and their staff – and our new website makes it easier to see what’s on and book your place.
