Practice Availability During the Christmas Holidays

merry christmas from nds

Well, 2020 has been quite a year. The national Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions meant that we had to briefly pause all services for the first time since the practice opened. When we re-opened, staff and patients had to adapt to a new way of doing things.

As you can imagine, there were times when this was stressful and exhausting, but it was also rewarding to see how quickly and responsibly people adapted, and how everyone supported each other when the going got tough.

We’re not out of the woods yet, and some of the changes we’ve implemented may be in place for a long time. Thank you to everyone for being so patient and understanding.

We’re going to take a little break over the Christmas holidays, closing the practice from 5pm on the 24th December until 9am on the 4th January. We will be checking the practice answering machine messages and email inbox - and if any emergencies come in over Christmas, we will make a dentist available on the 29th, 30th or 31st Dec for any of our patients who have any concerns about a course of treatment they are undergoing with us.

It just remains for us to wish our staff and patients a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy start to 2021!
