Hamed Consultation

A good word from a trusted source is incredibly valuable and it can’t be faked. We can’t control who a patient talks to about our practice. All we can do is continue to offer consistently high levels of customer service to make sure that, should our name crop up in conversation, the patient only has good things to report. The value of a friend's recommendation lies in the reassurance that it offers patients. A friend's account of the sensitivity of our staff and the painlessness of our procedures will reassure a prospective patient that they are coming to the best place. The majority of our patients are referred by their dentist, but a proportion are self-referring – meaning that they approach us directly. In both cases, it inspires confidence in the patient when they have independently heard good reports from a friend or family member.

Life-Enhancing Treatment

We earn good reports by providing a consistent service. Every patient who comes to us gets the same high level of care and is treated as an individual throughout. Because the procedures we offer are life-enhancing – such as dental implants that enable patients to eat and smile with confidence again – it's no surprise when a patient wants to share the news of our treatments with the world at large.

Doris’s Story

Doris had a gap in the teeth of her upper jaw. The gap was noticeable when she smiled. Doris wanted a fixed permanent solution and a friend recommended our dental implant treatment programme. During regular scheduled visits to our surgery over a four-month period, we were able to implant a titanium root in Doris’s jaw and attach a full crown to it. We took every care to ensure the new tooth looked completely natural – taking into account the proportions and natural symmetry of Doris’s smile.

“It was important to me to have a confident smile and I was lucky enough to hear about Norfolk Dental Specialists on recommendation from a friend, who filled me with confidence from the outset.”

Free Initial Session

We work collaboratively with GDPs to ensure the best possible patient care. For patients who are new to our practice, we offer a free initial session with our Patient Care Coordinator who will show you round the practice, chat with you about your requirements and answer any questions you may have about the treatments we offer. We have a brand new consultation room attached to our patient lounge that is a dedicated space for talking to patients and alleviating any concerns. This is a space where we can chat privately to new patients. Existing patients can use it as a quiet space or somewhere to sit comfortably after treatment.

If you would like further information on any of our treatments, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You can call our reception on 01603 632525 or email info@ndspecialists.uk.
