Latest Edition of Norfolk Dental Specialists Journal

The Spring 2019 edition of the Norfolk Dental Specialists Journal is now available. The Journal is the only one in the region written and edited by dental specialists. Aimed at our colleagues in the dental profession, the journal contains clinical case studies and details of the events and courses we’ll be holding throughout the year for GDPs and their staff looking to improve their skills and expand their network.

Award Winning Practice

Norfolk Dental Specialists won Best Practice at the 2018 Dentistry Awards. We are immensely impressed with all the hard work the team put in to achieve this accolade and pleased to be able to tell everyone of this achievement on the Meet the Team pages of our Journal.

Case Studies

The current issue features two in-depth case studies:

• Clinical Case Study. Gingival Recession: Aetiology and Surgical Management by Dr Imran Sharif – one of our Specialists in Periodontics
• Hygiene Case Study. Management of Peri-Implant Mucositis by Kim Souter – one of our experienced Dental Hygienists.

Each of these studies outlines the particular circumstances of the treatment a patient was given and discusses the case’s broader implications in relation to the relevant literature.
