Tier Two Covid Rules Do Not Affect Our Dentist Services

Following the emergence from a second national lockdown straight into Tier two level restrictions, we wanted to reassure our patients that Norfolk Dental Specialists will continue to provide specialist dental services throughout this period. 

Your safety is of paramount importance to us. We have always had very strict procedures for cleaning down surgeries between patients, and these have been enhanced during the COVID-19 pandemic to meet or exceed strict guidelines. 

We couldn’t be prouder of our team working so hard to keep our patients safe and the practice open. And you may not be able to see our smiles underneath our PPE but we promise you they are there! 

What to expect:

If you haven't visited us since we introduced enhanced safety practices - a few things may be different when you visit:

• We will call you prior to your appointment to determine any risk.
• We will conduct temperature checks on arrival and repeat the risk assessment triage.
• We will ask you to sanitise your hands.
• We will ask you to wear a protective face covering in the waiting area/lounge and when moving about the practice.
